We offer face-to-face support coordination in Lockyer Valley, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Brisbane, Redland, Logan, and the Gold Coast.

Additionally, we provide support coordination via Zoom and phone throughout Australia, making our services accessible wherever you are.

Where are you located?

Our centre-based activities take place in the Springfield area. For other services, such as in-home and community support, we cover all the areas listed above.

What services does Supporting Your Way of Life offer?

We offer a range of tailored services, including Support Coordination, in-home and community-based support, respite care, school holiday programs, and specialised support for autism and mental health needs. Each service is designed to empower clients, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.

Who is eligible for SYWOL’s services?

Our services are available to individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or those seeking support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We work with clients of all ages, tailoring our approach to meet their specific goals and needs.

What ages does your service support?

We support people from early childhood through adulthood. Through ECEI (Early Childhood Early Intervention), we work with children aged 0 to 9, and through the NDIS, we provide support for individuals aged 9 to 65.

What activities do you offer?

We provide weekly in-centre activities and community-based activities in each area we serve. Each week brings something different, and we can also provide transport to make it easier for you to participate.

Can I get support at home and in the community?

Yes, we provide both in-home support for personal care and household tasks, as well as community access support. This includes help with attending appointments, participating in social and recreational activities, and building meaningful connections within the community.

What is respite care, and how does it work?

Respite care offers temporary relief for caregivers, allowing them time to rest and recharge while ensuring their loved one is cared for in a safe environment. Respite care can be provided at home, in a dedicated facility, or on excursions.

Do you offer programs for children and young adults?

Yes, our School Holiday Programs provide a structured and safe environment for children and young adults with disabilities during school breaks. These programs include a mix of recreational and skill-building activities designed to support personal growth, social interaction, and independence.
