Our Support Coordination service is designed to help you make the most of your NDIS plan and achieve your personal goals with ease. We work closely with you to connect you with trusted services, match you with the right support workers, and guide you through every stage of your NDIS journey.

Levels of Support Coordination

Our Centre-Based Activities are divided into two age groups to ensure age-appropriate engagement and enjoyment:

Young People (13 to 20 years):

Programs that focus on skill-building, independence, and community engagement to support a positive transition into adulthood.
